## Games

All four games are freeware, released by their copyright holders for free
redistribution with ScummVM. They are unpacked here from the official ScummVM
downloads (https://www.scummvm.org/games/). We have not modified them. Each
game's readme/licence file is kept unchanged next to its data, as its licence
requires.

The one layout change: the Drascula music pack's own `readme.txt` and
`changelog` sit inside `games/drascula/audio/` (with its tracks), so they don't
overwrite the game's `readme.txt`. Their contents are unchanged.

### Licence terms, summarised

The four licences share the same core terms. The readme files themselves are
authoritative.

1. You may distribute the game for free on any medium, provided the readme or
   licence and all associated copyright notices and disclaimers are left intact.
2. You may charge a reasonable copying fee and distribute it in aggregate as
   part of a larger, possibly commercial, software distribution, with proper
   attribution and the readme/licence and notices left intact.
3. You may not charge a fee for the game itself, including reselling it as an
   individual item.
4. You may modify the game. Modified versions may be distributed under the
   same terms, but must carry a prominent notice saying they are modified.
5. All game content remains the copyright of the holder listed above.
6. The game data is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty.

### Engine data files

`data/sky.cpt`, `data/queen.tbl`, `data/lure.dat` and `data/drascula.dat` are
ScummVM engine data files from the ScummVM 2.9.1 source tree
(`dists/engine-data/`). `data/gui-icons/` holds the four games' launcher icons
and the PC platform badge, taken from ScummVM's `gui-icons.dat`.
