How to play After-Hours Hearts

Finish with fewer points than your rival when someone reaches 50

Four seats: you, your rival, and Mae and Dusty from the house. Each hand starts by passing three cards (left, right, across, then a hand with no pass). The two of clubs leads; follow suit if you can. Hearts cannot be led until one has been thrown, and nothing worth points goes on the first trick. Each heart you take costs 1 point and the queen of spades 13.

When any seat reaches 50 the lower of your two totals wins; level totals deal another hand. Take all 26 points in one hand and you shoot the moon: every other seat takes 26 instead.
