How to play Spades Till Dawn

Lead your rival’s team when one side reaches 200

You sit across from Mae, your house partner; your rival sits across from Dusty. Everyone bids the tricks they expect to take, or nil to promise none. Spades are always trump and cannot be led until one has been played. Follow suit if you can; otherwise play anything, a spade included.

Make your team’s bid and score 10 a trick plus 1 for each extra trick (a bag); fall short and lose 10 a trick. Ten bags cost 100. A nil made scores 100, a nil broken loses 100. First team past 200 on a higher score wins; after 10 hands the higher score takes it.
